I'm Ramona Simpson, owner/broker of Simpson Realty, REALTORS. My husband Ken is my assistant and our philosophy is simple: Make buyers and sellers happy and we will succeed. We have to because real estate is our livelihood.
I'm a Franklin County native having grown up on a tobacco and cattle farm. My chores included milking cows, gathering eggs, feeding pigs and horses before school each morning. I loved it -- except for milking that cow. That's one thing I will not do now!

I've come back to my roots in my middle years. After living on Smith Mountain Lake for 14 years, Ken and I decided to buy a farm and now live there along with our two children, Shane and Olivia. We love animals and have gotten involved in raising llamas. (Visit our site for Bahama Llama Farm.) We also have a host of chickens, ducks, cats and dogs, along with one horse. We feel blessed to be able to raise our family in such a wonderful environment.
